Millennials Causing Problems?

There is certainly a generational gap between Millennials, Generation Z, and the older folks. But does this divide need to ruin our life, or is it an opportunity for both sides to actually get somewhere new?

I believe there is hope, and Dr. David Neal agrees. He has successfully worked in executive-level positions within fortune 50 organizations; started departments growing to more than $50M; successfully facilitated change management projects as an external consultant, and even received the Malcolm Baldridge Award for service excellence (which is a big deal!) and AT&T Gold Business Excellence award.
